Over the past decade, he has led and facilitated service design across large-scale transformation programmes in the public sector and higher education, often working in environments with significant scale, complexity and competing priorities.
He brings a strong understanding of how to design and deliver services that work in practice, not just on paper. Alongside this, he supports senior leaders to develop design strategies that create the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.
