Shelly helps leaders and their teams make sense of change and move through it with clarity and confidence. With over 20 years of experience, she works alongside organisations to shape, design and deliver change that people can understand and act on.
She is known for bringing simplicity to complex situations, helping people see not just what is changing, but why it matters and what their role is in making it happen. Her approach is grounded in listening, building trust and creating the conditions for people to engage fully, while keeping a clear focus on delivering meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Shelly is a hands-on practitioner who enjoys working closely with teams, whether that is mobilising groups, supporting stakeholders or developing people through coaching, communication and practical interventions. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence and a strong belief that change works best when people feel involved and supported.
Alongside her work in change, Shelly is an Executive Coach and a trained Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, baking, live music and spending time with her family.
