With over 20 years’ experience, Sharon has worked across the private, public and charity sectors, including telecommunications, transport, financial services, education, central government and the National Health Service (NHS). Her work centres on culture change, leadership and organisational effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on enabling leaders to take ownership of transformation.
Earlier in her career, Sharon was a project manager at BAE Systems, where she led cross-functional delivery teams and delivered award-winning projects in partnership with the Royal Air Force (RAF) and the Ministry of Defence (MOD). This foundation continues to shape her rigorous, structured approach.
Sharon is known for combining clarity and discipline with creativity and pragmatism. She adapts her approach to each context, working in a way that is grounded, collaborative and focused on delivering results that last.
