Neil works with founders and business owners to shape companies that reflect what matters to them, both in how they operate and the impact they have. He brings a mix of entrepreneurial experience and thoughtful challenge, helping people turn ideas into businesses that feel aligned, sustainable and real.

He began by founding Bite Studio, an award-winning creative digital agency, where he worked with both start-ups and global organisations to design and build new digital products and ventures. After selling the business in 2014, he co-founded StoryStream, a content marketing platform used by brands including Porsche, Volvo and Toyota. The platform was built around a simple idea: that marketing becomes more honest and more human when it includes the voices of customers and communities.

Today, Neil focuses on supporting business owners to create what he describes as their “dream companies” – organisations that are not only commercially successful, but grounded in purpose and authenticity. Alongside this, he hosts the LifeDoneDifferently podcast, where he explores what drives people to take risks, step beyond the expected, and shape lives and businesses on their own terms.

He is a regular speaker on the pace of technological change and its implications, with a particular interest in how technology can be used to create more human, meaningful experiences in business and beyond.
