Keith brings a rare blend of elite sport experience and organisational insight to his work on performance and culture. A coach with over 30 years’ experience, he has spent much of his career helping people perform at their best under pressure.
His background includes more than a decade as Great Britain Sprints Coach across Olympic and Paralympic pathways, as well as personal coach to over 20 international sprinters. This depth of experience shapes a grounded, practical approach that translates seamlessly into organisational settings.
Keith works with teams and leaders across sectors and geographies, focusing on what actually makes a difference day to day. He keeps things simple and applied, helping people find the balance between who they are and how they perform. Working with him is often described as both supportive and challenging, focused yet relaxed, with a sense of ease that allows honest work to happen.
At the heart of his approach is a belief that conversations shape performance. He helps people notice and shift the internal narratives that get in the way, building the clarity and confidence needed to perform well together. The result is lasting change that feels natural, not forced.

"I help people reduce the noise and increase clarity by addressing the internal narrative that undermines performance."
