Geoff brings decades of senior leadership experience to organisations navigating complexity, regulation, and change. He works alongside leaders to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum, particularly in environments shaped by technology and oversight.
He has held roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman across a wide range of organisations, from small and medium-sized enterprises to mid-sized independent companies, through to leading a major portfolio within a United Kingdom public limited company. His experience includes acquisitions, company sales, and two management buyouts, giving him a grounded understanding of both strategic and operational realities.
Geoff has led large-scale transformation programmes as Transformation Director within two major United Kingdom government organisations, each employing thousands of staff across the United Kingdom and internationally. His approach combines strategic thinking with a strong focus on people, drawing on years of experience leading and motivating professional teams through change.
Alongside his advisory work, Geoff serves as a Non-Executive Director to a number of organisations and is a regular speaker at conferences and company events. He is also co-author of Business Morphology.
Outside of his professional work, Geoff is deeply involved in sport and volunteer-led initiatives. His experience of bringing people together around a shared purpose continues to shape how he works, with a focus on building commitment, energy, and collective ownership.

“I’ve seen what’s possible when people are genuinely bought into a shared goal.”
