Catherine has over 20 years of experience in change, organisation design and communications, working across sectors including rail, aviation, insurance and sport. She works closely with leaders navigating complex change, helping them stay grounded in what matters while moving forward with clarity and intent.
Her approach is rooted in balance. She helps leaders hold the tension between idealism and pragmatism, strategy and delivery, autonomy and direction. She is known for cutting through noise and distraction, focusing attention on what will make the biggest difference and supporting teams to move through blockers with confidence.
Catherine places strong emphasis on the human side of change. She considers how decisions land with end users and works to build genuine engagement, so people feel part of the journey rather than subject to it. This creates the conditions for advocacy, adoption and shared accountability.
Alongside her consultancy work, Catherine is a Trustee and Board member for an educational academy trust spanning 16 schools across the South of England, where she supports and advises academy principals.
She brings a steady, reassuring presence to even the most challenging situations. With warmth, perspective and a sense of humour, she reminds teams that solutions are always within reach when people work together and support one another.

"There are always lots of reasons not to make the change, but the focus is on how we make it happen."
