Teresa helps organisations make skills-based working real, especially when the path forward is unclear or still taking shape. She is often brought in at moments of complexity or ambiguity, helping clients build the foundations for lasting change across job architecture, data readiness, governance, skills validation and implementation. She also supports organisations in navigating skills technology choices, from RFPs through to the emerging governance questions around AI.
Her work brings together structure, strategic thinking and a strong organisational development lens. With experience spanning digital transformation, change management, communications and engagement, Teresa helps clients shape approaches that are not only well designed but genuinely workable. She is known for connecting the dots between strategy, systems and people, bringing clarity and momentum to work that can easily become abstract or stalled.
Teresa has worked with organisations including The World Bank, HSBC, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the National Health Service (NHS), Deutsche Bank, Rolls-Royce, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Bell Integration, London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), DNV and Cambridge Judge Business School. She is a dual-accredited coach, holding an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 7 Diploma and accreditation with the Association for Coaching. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a qualified Non-Executive Director.
Working with Teresa often feels less like bringing in an external consultant and more like gaining a trusted part of the team. She brings both thought and action, helping to shape the thinking and then see it through. She cares about making complex change coherent, credible and human, and is especially proud of her work with DNV, which contributed to a Gold Brandon Hall Award for Business Transformation.

"I don’t just consult. I do."
