Julie brings over 30 years of experience helping organisations navigate complex change with confidence. She works alongside leaders and teams to make sense of what is shifting, and to move forward in ways that are both practical and sustainable.
Her work spans the full life of an organisation, from early-stage growth through to mergers, acquisitions and transformation. She has supported the launch of new products and services, led large-scale integration programmes, and guided organisations through changes to their operating models, culture and ways of working. She is often brought in when the stakes are high and the path forward is not yet clear.
Julie has worked with more than a hundred organisations across the private, public and third sectors, bringing both breadth of perspective and depth of experience. Her leadership roles have included senior responsibility for complex, high-profile programmes, including the transport operation for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Alongside her advisory work, Julie holds a portfolio of Chair and Non-Executive Director roles. She is a guest lecturer at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and for the Institute of Directors, and is a keynote speaker and author of two business books, including Business Morphology.

"I’ve worked across every stage of the organisational life cycle, from start-up through to acquisitions and disposals."
