Becky Horrocks

Making change feel manageable and achievable

Becky helps organisations move through change with clarity, confidence and a strong sense of what will actually work in practice. With over 20 years’ experience, she brings a grounded, delivery-focused approach that turns complex challenges into something manageable and achievable.

She works across project and programme management, organisational design and change, drawing on a broad toolkit but always adapting it to fit the context. Becky is known for cutting through complexity, keeping things simple, and maintaining momentum without losing sight of people.

Her work is deeply people-centred. She takes time to understand how teams operate, what they need, and what might get in their way.

From there, she coaches and supports individuals and groups to take ownership of change, building both capability and confidence along the way. Becky has worked extensively across the public sector, including in energy, justice, policing and higher education. She also played a key role in the programme management and operational delivery of security for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, an experience that continues to shape her calm, practical approach to high-stakes environments.

"I focus on simplifying complexity and using approaches that fit the work and the organisation."
