Shelly Riddell

Working in the logistics, supply chain, nuclear, construction and retail sectors, Shelly has over 20 years of experience in supporting leaders and their teams to vision, design and implement successful business change.

She focuses on creating simplicity from complexity to ensure all impacted by change programmes understand the reason, what the change is, what it means and their role in the journey.   She believes passionately in the importance of engaging hearts and minds, listening and understanding alongside working pragmatically to deliver results and successful sustainable outcomes.

With experience in mobilising teams, creating collaborative relationships and managing stakeholders, Shelly is a hands-on problem solver and thrives on the development of people, using appropriate change interventions to deliver training, communications, coaching and support along the way.

In addition to Change Management, Shelly is also an Executive Coach, training to be a Counsellor and volunteers with Cruse Bereavement Services in her spare time.
