Myra Clarke

Myra is a business coach who specialises in helping organisations manage change. She sits in a unique position as a change expert, HR professional, business coach and NLP practitioner.

She believes that that by transferring knowledge and coaching through change she can help individuals and organisations deliver better outcomes but, as importantly, create a lasting set of resources to handle future change. Her aim is to give business leaders and HR professionals the tools and thinking space to develop the best possible approach.

Myra has completed a range of change lead assignments across a diverse range of industries including Unilever, Xerox Centrica, DS Smith and Arup. Myra is a qualified coach and is the designer of the Scaling Change Framework TM – a coaching framework to help build confidence and reassurance at the beginning of a change initiative or to help get back on track. She believes that Change starts by learning: not just by doing things differently, but doing different things.
