Catherine Nugent

Catherine has over 20 years of change, organisation design and communications experience across a wide range of industries, from rail to aviation and insurance to sport.

She supports leaders with navigating and delivering complex business change, helping them to balance idealism with pragmatism, strategy with execution, autonomy with instruction.

She specialises in building strong relationships, keeping eyes on the prize, and making sure everyone smiles through it all. She focuses on how change will impact end users and makes sure people feel part of the change journey; building advocacy, adoption and accountability.

In addition to her change roles, Catherine is a Trustee and Board member for an educational Academy Trust comprising of 16 schools across the South of England, supporting and advising Academy Principals.
